Do you know the difference between a Wedding Planner and a Wedding Coordinator? Well, you're in luck, because I am both! A Planner helps you from the moment you get engaged, up until your Rehearsal Ceremony. A Coordinator is there to facilitate your Rehearsal Ceremony and carry you through your event.
Many Brides and Grooms do have a clear vision of how they conceptually want their wedding to look and feel. If you are one of those couples, then you do not need as much help in the "Planning" department... but Day-of Coordinating is invaluable to the seamless flow of your event, (as well as your overall decreased stress level). You want all of your family members to enjoy your wedding, and you do not want your vendors bothering you with questions on your wedding day. Here is where I step in. In a nutshell, here are some examples of what I can take care of for you, should you opt to use my Day-Of Coordinating services:
*Ensure all vendors are set-up on time & guests are comfortable
*Keep you and your Bridal Party in step with your time line
*Partner with your photographer and videographer to ensure all important moments are captured properly
*Ensure catering flows throughout the night in timely manner
*Ensure and help with all vendors tear down/clean up
*Point person for any and all miscellaneous issues that arise during your event
